Ocala National Forest Lots

THIS IS NOT GOVERNMENT LAND – THIS LAND WAS DEVELOPED OVER 50 YEARS AGO BY A DEVELOPER AT THE TIME.    WE ACQUIRED TITLE TO MANY OF THESE LOTS FROM VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS OVER A 30 YEAR PERIOD.

This subdivision is bordered by the Ocala National Forest where turkey and deer are abundant. Just 1/2 mile to the public boat ramp to the Ocklawaha River and Rodman Reservoir home to some of the best large mouth bass fishing in the country. You can access OHV trails from the subdivision. These are 80×100′ Residential lots zoned for houses, site built Tiny Houses, cabins or mobile homes. Most lots are on dirt roads, power lines run along the roads. You would have to install a well and septic before building or placing a mobile home. Taxes for each lot are around $80/year.
